Buttonville Flying Club
COPA Flight 44 |
BFC members typically go on two types of flyouts -- short flights around Southern Ontario for breakfast on weekend mornings, and longer trips to events including EAA Airventure and Sun 'n Fun, and locations such as the Bahamas, the US Southwest (Grand Canyon, etc), the Wright Brothers National Memorial, and the National Museum of the US Air Force.
Joining Weekend Breakfast Flyouts
Want to fly somewhere for breakfast? Weekend breakfast destinations are commonly discussed in the members-only BFC newsgroup and our WhatsApp group chat -- if you need access, contact the Webmaster! Or, just show up to Druxy's on a Saturday or Sunday morning, and if we're not flying anywhere there will be good conversation!
Joining Longer Trips
Interested in one of our longer trips? Have a look at our Flyout Planning Forum and leave a comment if you're interested in joining as a pilot or as a passenger seeking an empty seat.
First time on a BFC flyout? Looking for an empty seat?
BFC member Michael Martin has written a Passenger Etiquette Guide which is both an homage to the flyout experience and a guide to your role as a passenger.
