Ewan Tasker is the Regional Manager of Air Investigations for the Transportation Safety Board of Canada.  He has been with the TSB for 10 years and was the lead or a team member in all air accident investigations in Ontario during that time.  Before coming to the TSB he was an air traffic controller in BC, and prior to that he flew commercially throughout North and South America.

Ewan will talk about the TSB’s role in aviation, some of the higher priority items on the TSB’s watchlist, and several safety messages learned from recent investigations. Ewan will discuss in detail several of the more recent accidents in Ontario, and is open to discuss any accident that members are interested in.
