Join us for Aero Gatineau-Ottawa on September 15, 2018 to celebrate a Century of Aviation in Canada and experience an afternoon of exhilarating performances and enjoyable family fun! Hop aboard out time machine as we take you from the skies over France in 1918 with The Great War Flying Museum’s collection of First World War aircraft to the beaches over Normandy in 1944 with the Michael Potter Collection’s Spitfire Mk IX to the thundering performance of the RCAF 2018 Demo Hornet in it’s NORAD 60th anniversary colours.
Everyone will delight to see our Canadian icons the Snowbirds return to the skies over Gatineau One again! Aviation enthusiasts will love seeing vintage aircraft in the air and on display from the Michael Potter Collection of warbirds. These and many more have been invited to be Aero Gatineau-Ottawa 2018.
To keep everyone happy, there will be a wide range of aircraft on static display, numerous interactive exhibits and lots of food and drink to choose from for all ages. Make sure you arrive early and take in all of the sights and sounds that will be sure to thrill you and leave you wanting more!
For the aviation photographers – Photo Pit Passes are available to catch the show from an elevated and unobscured perspective. For those who prefer to enjoy the show in style the Hawk One Chalet with an outstanding catered lunch and cash bar will be available.
